Bar · Guest experience
Order a coffee — or a glass of something — to the client in their chair.
No walk to the till, no paper chit. It posts to their bill and deducts the stock, to the ingredient, the instant you tap.
The drink your guest wants, remembered and offered — then billed, deducted and reordered without anyone touching a spreadsheet.
Tap the client who's just checked in and Bar surfaces their usual — "Americano, oat milk?" — learned from what they ordered last time. The bespoke greeting, without the memory work.
Bar reads who's in the chair straight from the diary, so the offer is right before they ask.
The moment you send a drink it lands on the client's bill at the right price for that salon — no free-text, no chit passed to reception, nothing to forget at checkout. The drink is on the tab before the kettle boils.
Every drink is charged. No "who had the cappuccino?" at the desk, no walk-outs on the house.
One tap doesn't just charge a drink — it knows the recipe. An Americano takes a coffee pod; a cappuccino a pod and 150 ml of milk; a tea, four grams. Fractions accrue quietly and whole units come off the count, so the number on the shelf is the number in the system.
Stock reflects what you actually used — not a gut-feel guess counted once a month.
Because deduction is real, Bar knows your true consumption. It tracks how fast each thing goes, works out the days of cover you have left, and emails a reorder list the morning something's about to run short — coffee, milk, water, tea, each with its own supplier lead time.
No more "we're out of oat milk" at 10am — the order goes out while there's still cover.
If a drink is removed or zeroed before checkout, Bar catches it — who did it, which client, how much — and rolls it into a plain daily report. Complimentary is fine; quietly wiped is not. The guest gets looked after and the till stays honest.
The little leaks that used to vanish at the desk now show up the next morning.
The core · read & write
Every drink Bar sends lives on the same client record, the same till and the same stock count as the haircut, the colour and the payment — because they all read and write Daviana, the one place everything lives.
One client record, one till, one stock count — Bar just adds the drink to it.
We'll show you a drink go from the chair to the bill to the stock count — live, on a real salon day — as one part of the whole SalonForge system.
